The Promatic soldering burner, together with the Promatic handle 336611 and a Promatic copper bit, makes a fully-fledged soft soldering iron. In contrast to the Promatic 3370 soldering iron, where the handle and soldering iron are firmly connected, the insert can be removed from the handle at any time and replaced for example with a Promatic burner (e.g. to preheat zinc). This makes it very flexible to use for soft soldering work.
