The replacement rolls for the grinding wheel dressers are made of quality steel with U-shaped teeth and are pressed from one piece. A special hardness program brings the teeth to a precise degree of hardness. This guarantees minimum wear when sharpening and dressing the grinding wheels. The corrugated support discs between the toothed discs ensure stability and strength. The rollers can be used until the teeth are completely worn out.
